Our Team
HR Advisors, Inc. was founded by Lorraine Reafsnyder in 1993. Her passion for her work shone through in her enthusiasm to do the right things for her clients, and for her clients to do the right things for their employees.
Over the last 30 years, Lorraine grew the Company to serve more than 1,000 businesses. She developed and conducted in-house programs and seminars covering a wide range of HR topics and was often a featured speaker at corporate management development programs and training sessions. In 2002 Lorraine developed our flagship product, HR On Demand, which offers companies unlimited telephone and email access to a dedicated team of HR professionals who are ready to provide hands-on guidance in hiring, promotions, demotions, terminations, and other employee issues.
In honor of Lorraine's accomplishments as a business owner and HR leader, the Legacy Leadership Internship Program was created in 2022 to help develop and mentor the HR leaders of tomorrow. Through this program interns are provided with hands-on human resources experience at our full-service consulting firm.
Edward Peterson
President & CEO
Mr. Peterson founded the Company with his wife and business partner, Lorraine Reafsnyder, and has provided human resources consulting and recruitment services to numerous high technology companies throughout the United States. He has over 30 years of experience in technical and executive recruitment, and development management and supervisory training programs. He has extensive expertise in personnel management and labor negotiations gained during his assignments before joining HR Advisors, Inc. Prior to entering the human resources field, he founded, managed and conducted the Orange County Symphony Orchestra. He also served as guest conductor for national symphony orchestras in several European and Asian countries. He holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Education from California State University, Long Beach.
Heidi Fisher
Chief Operations & Compliance Officer
Ms. Fisher has an extensive 30 year background in human resources. She has worked at many different levels of HR management from a Director role to a Senior Vice President of HR for a large publicly traded company, and as an entrepreneur in her own company. She has experience in many HR functions including Consulting, Team Management, Change Management, Communication, Training and Development, Policy and Compliance Analysis, and Facilitation. Ms. Fisher has a Bachelor of Arts in Management and a Certificate in Personnel Management/Employee Relations from the University of California Irvine.
Tracey Calver Craig
General Counsel & Corporate Secretary
Ms. Calver Craig was named General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of HR Advisors, Inc., in March 2020. As the General Counsel, she oversees HR Advisors legal affairs, including corporate governance, labor and employment law, litigation, and corporate and regulatory compliance. She brings more than 25 years of experience in business and corporate law to HR Advisors, including extensive experience in corporate transactions, commercial contracting, and compliance and regulatory affairs. Most recently, she served as a Vice President, Associate General Counsel at Apria Healthcare directing the Business and Operational Transactions group of the legal department. A native Californian, she was awarded her juris doctorate degree from the University of San Diego School of Law.
Emeline Mullany
Head of Recruiting Division
Ms. Mullany has been a member of HR Advisors’ team since 2006 and currently oversees the Recruiting Division, serving as liaison between clients and our recruiting team. With over 15 years of human resources and recruiting experience, she has become an integral part of the recruiting process and strategy for some of HR Advisors’ longest standing clients in varied industries such as eCommerce, Financial Services and Information Technology. Ms. Mullany holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from San Jose State University.
