Sexual Harassment Prevention Training Deadline Reminder

The deadline for California employers to have employees complete sexual harassment prevention training is approaching fast and will be here before you know it!

As you may remember, SB 1343 requires employers with five (5) or more employees to provide sexual harassment prevention training to supervisory employees (minimum of two hours), and non-supervisory employees (minimum of one hour). The training must be completed by January 1, 2021 (and every two years thereafter).  Another reminder, there are also training deadline requirements for new hires, new managers, and temporary employees.

We are now offering this training virtually in addition to our in-person sessions. These training sessions are delivered by a live, qualified trainer who will ensure the program is in compliance with state law requirements.

Please note that onsite training will only be available provided COVID-19 safety protocols are in place and can be followed.

Call us for pricing and to schedule your employees for one of the sessions before they fill up!
