EEO-1 Filing Deadline TODAY

Today is the last day for certain employers to file their annual EEO-1 report!  Employers who have at least 100 employees and federal contractors who have at least 50 employees are required to complete and submit an EEO-1 report to the EEOC each year.  This report provides information about job categories, ethnicity, race and gender.  After today no further EEO-1 Component 1 reports will be accepted and eligible filers will be out of compliance with their mandatory 2021 EEO-1 Component 1 filing obligation.
